The Kings Head re-opened its doors in August 2022 after a full refurbishment project. 

This historical building dates from the 17th century, when smugglers travelled through the area on their way from the coast to London with their contraband, and Highwaymen roamed the paths terrorising travellers. If only these walls could talk. 

These days the area is the perfect place to escape from the hustle of every day life, and is celebrated for it’s beautiful walks and cycle trails.
